A.G. Gaston provided civil/site design and other services related to the new ductile iron pipe fabrication line at U.S. Pipe’s Bessemer mill. Our responsibilities included surveying, verification of as-built features and subsurface utilities, and all paving/drainage design. U.S. Pipe implemented a fast-track, multiple bid package approach to the mill expansion. We met their very aggressive schedule which allowed our early bid on the first major bid package.
